4 steps to self heal UTI naturally (Urinary Track Infection)

Before you can heal anything, you need to have the willingness to do so.

It means you need to have a sufficient amount of energy to :

  • 1) have the awareness of what is going on in your body at a certain point in time, and then

  • 2) direct the sensations, emotions you experience to fuel your actions towards changing your current state for a better one.

The process of doing so until achievement is what can be called : 'self healing'.

When it comes to Urinary Track Infection, the 1st part of the process is the same as with any disease, illness or discomfort : Understanding why the body is calling for our attention at that very moment.

The best way I can help you in this 1st part, is by giving you an example of my own experience and how I decoded it (video underneath).

Understanding yourself is however your own inner work : Your 'Innerstanding' as we could say.

Then I can help you with part 2 of the process : Treating the 'dis-ease' until you are fully healed.

Urinary tract infections are caused by microbes overcoming the body’s defenses in the urinary tract. They can affect the kidneys, bladder, and the tubes that run between them. They are one of the most common types of infection and affect women a lot more than men.

When it comes to Urinary Track Infection, the 2nd part of the self-healing process is to :

1) Drink a lot of water. A lot, meaning you start drinking as soon as you feel the symptoms of Urinary Track Infection in your body, which can be : Pain 'down there', difficulty to pee, peeing nothing but still feeling like you need to pee, blood in your pee.

You start by drinking at least 3 litres of water almost non stop, meaning in less than 30 minutes if you can. This part really is important because the water you drink will help flushing out any toxins that need to be in your body. The more you drink, the faster you drink, the faster you will heal too.

Keep drinking until there is no more symptoms, and even then, I highly suggest you keep drinking 24 to 48 hours after you have no more symptoms/pain to make sure your body is fully healed. Eating is not not recommended : If you fast, your body will save a lot more energy and thus will heal a lot faster.

Do not be lazy. Self-healing fast definitely does not go with lazy or ungrateful attitudes...

2) Have a shower. Having a shower will help changing your energy flow and the state you are in : Kind of like washing away your thoughts, clearing your emotions, washing off more toxins, cleansing your energy field, lightening up your overall state with more well-being, less stress, and thus helping in the process of healing. Using the shower as a 'healing cascade' can really help feeling better in your mind, and thus in your body, although it will not do the full work of healing on its own...

3) Lay down. Rest. I highly suggest making it very short or even skipping it if you live a peaceful life already. If your lifestyle is rather stressful or highly active to the point you cannot rest enough and you feel like you need to rest, then do so, because your body surely needs it. However, if you do not feel the real need for it, you should move on to step 4, simply because this action has a major risk : Allowing your mind to overthink the feeling of pain and create stories and thoughts around it that are not actually helpful (a negative outcome, dwelling on pain instead of solutions, amplifying or distorting facts and reality...). As the mind exists to essentially protects us against danger, its role when you are actually already in pain may not be helpful, as it can sabbottage your self healing process, especially if you are a beginner. Instead, moving to step 4) of your self healing process will allow your mind to focus on your actions, directed towards healing, which will be a lot more beneficial for you.

4) Move your body in nature. The second most important part to me, just after step 1) (the drinking part). Moving your body will move the pain away. Moving your body in nature will move the pain away in nature and allow nature to 'recycle' the pain into a constructive, nourrishing, beneficial element as part of the whole, just like nature can recycle compost into some nourrishing fuel for the ground. Energy is food, so seeing any energy in you or in others, as food for yourself or for others will make it easier for you to know when to 'move it' and 'where'. If you want to know 'how to' precisely, join my newsletter here where I share about my courses and events :-)

So find a way to walk bare foot directly on the grass or sand or soil, according to what you have available around you. Breathe deeply as you do so, releasing the pain as you exhale. Use different breathing techniques to move the pain/energy fast.

Let nature heal you, surrender, open up : It's time to let go and trust. Lay down directly on the ground if you can and want to, or just keep moving and breathing, actively working in 'collaboration' with the natural photosynthesis that goes through plants and trees around you : They know how to transform the energy better than most of us.

Keep repeating the 4 steps with a mindset of faith and gratitude, until you are fully healed.
