The retreat will take place in Portugal, from March 27th 10am, until April 1st (10am).

The location is in Porto area, by the beach, in the town of Lavra.

Easily accessible by public transport (private transport available too).

Plenty of outdoor space, including a swimming pool and the beach closeby.

During the Energy retreat there will also be options for meditation and sound bath immersions, as these are really powerful to reset the nervous system, reprogram the DNA and beyond.

We only have 10 participants max. to maintain high energy and quality !

Everyday you will be sharing Energy work including Meditations, Qi Gong, Microcosmic Orbit, and uplifting teachings, with the world's most advanced public breatharian : Elitom Elamin

We will pick a day of fasting all together. Any other day you are free to drink and eat absolutely whatever you want.

The accommodation will have a kitchen with all utensils needed available.
