There is a 2 hour session with 1hour of teachings about living food free, followed by 1 hour of Energy work practice (the way to get fed by the Cosmic Source), every day, live online, for the entire month of august.

Replays of all the live sessions are available for you to watch anytime if you cannot join the live sessions, or simply if you want to re-access the sessions offline.

Places are limited to 10 participants to ensure quality.

You can join from your computer or phone and the comfort of your own home : It will be exactly like a (video) call to your friend !

Nothing is mandatory, if you don't feel comfortable with one practice at a certain time, you do not have to do it.
